Your right to withdraw

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you name (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us your decision through a clear statement by email to info@naturn.fi.

You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the goods

After telling us you wish to withdraw, please return the goods to Kajak Sport Oy, Niskantie 23, 26910 Unaja, Finland without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In other words, you may inspect the urn as you would in a shop, but not use it.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earliest.

Items that cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalised or engraved items, including engraved Usva urns, as these are made to your specifications and clearly personalised (Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c)).

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty or not as described. In that case, please contact us and we will put it right.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact info@naturn.fi within a reasonable time, with your order number and a photo if possible. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in line with EU consumer law.
