Shipping policy

We know an order from Naturn isn't an ordinary parcel, and we pack and send every one with care.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Finland and the rest of the European Union. Shipping to destinations outside the EU is planned for a later phase and isn't available at checkout yet.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Engraved items can take up to 3 additional business days.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Finland: 1–2 business days
European Union: 3–5 business days
Other regions: not yet available — contact us for a specific location

These are estimates and not guarantees; delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods.

European Union: €9.90

Your shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Carrier and tracking

We ship with GLS. Where tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Customs and import duties

All our current shipping destinations (Finland and the EU) are within the EU single market, so no customs duties or import taxes apply. If we expand shipping outside the EU in future, this policy will be updated to explain any customs obligations that may apply to those orders.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@naturn.fi with your order number. We'll help track it down or arrange a replacement. For damaged items, see also our Returns & Right of Withdrawal policy.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always do what we can to help.
